Position Type: Part‑Time | Mornings
Schedule: Weekdays · 11:00 AM–3:00 PM (~12 hrs/week)
Transportation: Required
Home Notes: Multi‑pet home (2 dogs, 3 cats, African Grey Parrot); quiet, low‑stimulation approach preferred

Bring a gentle, trauma‑informed presence to a neighbor who does best with quiet environments and consent‑based care (limited touch unless requested). Mobility includes a cane indoors and a walker outdoors; standing tolerance is limited. You’ll combine thoughtful structure with practical help that keeps home life moving.
You’ll help with:

Meal preparation, hydration prompts, and simple clean‑up

Light housekeeping & laundry with organization‑focused tidy‑ups

Medication reminders and simple routine cues

Stand‑by assistance during showers; respectful personal care/ADL prompts

Transportation to appointments and errands

Companionship (conversation, low‑noise activities) in a pet‑friendly home

Must‑Have Skills & Qualities
- Comfortable with personal care, ADLs, and stand‑by shower support

- Organized and patient with home‑organization tasks in fuller spaces
- Safe, punctual driver for appointments/errands
- Pet‑comfortable; clear, professional communication
Requirements (Must Have)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance

Reliable vehicle for transportation
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- 18+ and eligible to work in the United States (background screening)
- Physically able to assist with mobility assistance, ADLs, and household tasks
