Qualifications:
- High school diploma or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong sales and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries, leads, and home visits
- Match caregivers with clients based on qualifications and needs
- Manage client relationships, resolve issues, and ensure quality care
- Coordinate care plans with providers and family members
- Track and update care documentation and notes
- Address scheduling challenges and support team communication
