CASE 1 — Alternating Afternoon Support with Light Personal Care (1 Shift/Week)

Client Details

An Effort client seeking a caregiver who can provide companionship, light personal care, and support with errands and appointments. A steady, friendly presence helps keep afternoons organized and comfortable. Female caregiver preferred.

You’ll support with:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light personal care, including colostomy‑bag support
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to errands and appointments
• Alternating schedule:
– Tuesday & Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
– Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible)

CASE 2 — Weekend Afternoon Companionship & Light Support (2 Shifts/Week)

Client Details

This Effort home is seeking a caregiver who can provide warmth and steady companionship during weekend afternoons. The focus is on conversation, comfort, and maintaining a calm routine. Female caregiver preferred.

You’ll support with:

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Weekend schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

CASE 3 — Afternoon Companionship, Mobility Help & Personal Care (1 Shift/Week)

Client Details

An Effort client needing a caregiver who can provide companionship, light personal care, and mobility assistance during afternoon hours. Female caregiver preferred.

You’ll support with:

• Companionship and conversation
• Personal care
• Mobility assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Afternoon schedule: Tuesday & Friday, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Must‑Have Skills & Qualities

• Warm, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable with personal care
• Strong communicator
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Able to follow steady routines
• Female caregiver preferred where noted

Requirements (Must Have)

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
• 18 years or older
• Able to pass background screening
• Physically able to assist with personal care and mobility
