🌅 Effort Opportunity 1 — Weekend Personal Care & Daily Living Support

Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am–9:00pm

You’ll Assist With:
  • Bathing & full personal care
  • Support with ADLs
  • Meal preparation 🍽️
  • Light housekeeping 🧹
  • Supportive companionship
This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who enjoy long, structured weekend shifts that provide consistent care and engagement.

🌙 Effort Opportunity 2 — Full‑Day, 24‑Hour Rotating Care Support

Schedule:
Daily coverage needed across:
  • 8:00am–4:00pm
  • 4:00pm–11:00pm
  • 11:00pm–6:00am
    (Staffing arranged to cover these hours)
You’ll Assist With:
  • Companionship 🤝
  • Meal preparation
  • Standby assistance for safety
  • Light home support
  • Safe engagement throughout the day
  • Comfort working around pets (cats) 🐾
Additional Notes:
  • Client preferred a female caregiver
  • Pet‑friendly home (cats)
A great opportunity for caregivers comfortable with extended daily routines, varied shifts, and supportive companionship.

☀️ Effort Opportunity 3 — Bilingual, Dementia‑Aware Full‑Time Care

Schedule:
Full‑time position (approximately 39 hours/week)
Final shift pattern TBD

You’ll Assist With:
  • Personal care & ADLs
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Redirection & emotional support
  • Calm, dementia‑aware communication
  • Companionship
Additional Notes:
  • Client preferred a female caregiver
  • Spanish‑speaking caregiver preferred 🇪🇸
  • Support for memory‑related care needs
This role is ideal for caregivers with bilingual skills and dementia‑support experience who enjoy offering calm, structured daily care.
