Schedule: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (weekday coverage)
Transportation: Required
Care Setting: Bed‑bound adult with severe dementia; Hoyer lift used for safe transfers

Bring calm, capable support to a bed‑bound neighbor who depends on consistent, hands‑on help each day. You’ll combine skilled Hoyer lift transfers with patient personal care and simple home tasks that keep the day moving with dignity.
You’ll support with:

Hoyer lift transfers and gentle mobility assistance
- Full personal care / ADLs: bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting

Meal preparation and feeding support as directed

Medication reminders and hydration prompts

Light housekeeping and laundry to keep spaces organized
- Warm companionship and reassuring conversation

Must‑Have Skills & Qualities
- Confident using a Hoyer lift and following safe‑transfer protocols
- Experienced with dementia care (patience, cueing, reassurance)
- Comfortable providing total care for a bed‑bound adult
- Organized, dependable, and clear in your communication
- Kind, professional, and dignity‑first in every interaction
Requirements (Must Have)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance

Reliable vehicle for transportation
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- 18+ and eligible to work in the United States (background screening)
- Physically able to assist with hands‑on care, transfers, and routine household tasks
