Schedule: Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Care Needs:
- Standby/guided transfers
- Meal preparation
- Bathing assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Evening medication reminders
- Skin monitoring
Client Environment:
- Lives independently
- Uses a wheelchair but navigates well
- Diabetic with a prosthetic leg and partial foot amputation
- Friendly and cooperative
Transportation Required: 🚗 Occasionally
