- Gait belt transfers and bedside mobility support
- Hoyer lift assistance for safe bed-to-wheelchair transitions
- Med reminders, dressing, and foot care (lotion)
- Occasional incontinence support and bedside commode assistance
- Bathing using wipes, light engagement, and comforting presence

Evening Champion โ Make Evenings Shine
- Evening mobility assistance and guided transfers
- Dressing, toileting, and foot care support
- Meal reminders and gentle encouragement to stay active
- Companionship and social engagement to end the day warmly
