Comfort Keepers is hiring a full-time External Client Care Coordinator to support our in-home care services through Fayetteville and the surrounding territories. In this dynamic, field-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking care—qualifying leads, coordinating services, and ensuring every client receives compassionate, high-quality support.
You’ll work closely with our Support Team, caregivers, families, community providers, and third-party payers to keep care running smoothly and relationships strong.
💛 What You’ll Do
- Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule in-home visits
- Assess client and caregiver needs to ensure safe, effective care
- Coordinate schedules, resolve service issues, and maintain regular check-ins
- Support caregivers and families with training, guidance, and communication
- Monitor documentation and maintain compliance standards
- Serve as the key liaison between clients, providers, and internal teams
- Participate in on-call rotations and management meetings
- Handle administrative tasks and bring innovation to care coordination
