CLIENT – FRACKVILLE (Hoyer / High Physical Demand)
Schedule:
Evening — Weekdays — Part‑Time
Evening — Weekdays — Part‑Time
Care Needs:
- Toileting assistance
- Bed baths and full personal care
- Safe Hoyer‑lift transfers
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Linen changes
- Assistance with dressing and cueing
- Incontinence care — keeping client clean, dry, and comfortable
- Cutting food into small, manageable pieces
- Companionship and light activities
- Pet‑friendly caregiver (home has four cats and one dog)
This client benefits from caregivers who are confident with equipment, comfortable with hands‑on care, and able to maintain safety throughout all mobility and personal‑care routines.
MUST HAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT
To ensure safety, reliability, and high‑quality care, all applicants must meet the following employment requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Proof of active auto insurance
- Reliable, personally‑owned vehicle
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to safely perform high‑physical‑demand personal care and Hoyer‑lift transfers
- Professional, respectful communication with clients, families, and office staff
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain client safety at all times
- Commitment to representing Comfort Keepers’ mission of Elevating the Human Spirit in every visit
