🌟 Morning Role – Stroke Recovery & Companionship Care
In Hellertown, mornings are about patience, dignity, and encouragement. You’ll assist Dorothy, who is regaining strength after a stroke, with bathing, toileting, dressing, and changing briefs. She has left‑side weakness and requires guided assistance for all transfers, using a wheelchair. You’ll also provide companionship and light support for Richard, who is hard of hearing and has memory issues but is independent with personal care. Together, they need meal preparation for breakfast and lunch, light housekeeping, and companionship to brighten their day.
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Status: Morning Coverage
✅ Requirements
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass background screening
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Dependable, patient, and professional
- Experience with stroke recovery and guided transfers preferred
- Smoke‑free environment
