Support a neighbor with progressing dementia who benefits from patient direction and reliable, one‑to‑one assistance throughout the day.
You’ll help with:

Dementia care: gentle cueing, redirection, and calm supervision for safety
- Daily companionship and meaningful engagement

Meal preparation and hydration reminders
- Routine reminders and structure that reduce stress
- Light housekeeping to keep shared areas tidy
- Respectful personal care / ADL prompts as needed
- Consistent communication with our local care team

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, hands‑on caregiver support with dignity and privacy
- Encourage participation in simple, familiar activities
- Maintain a clean, organized environment after tasks and meals
- Follow the individualized care plan; share timely updates
Requirements (Must Have)
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance

Reliable vehicle for transportation
- 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. (background screening)
- Physically able to assist with light ADLs, mobility assistance, and routine tasks
