Proudly serving Schuylkill County and surrounding communities, this Orwigsburg home is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide hands-on overnight support for one client with mobility needs. The client benefits from assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, and transfers, as well as meal prep, light housekeeping, guided walking, and medication reminders. The caregiver will also provide bedside commode care and occasional assistance with incontinence. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with oxygen at home and with providing consistent, attentive overnight care.
You’ll support with:
• Bathing and personal hygiene
• Dressing and grooming assistance
• Toileting and bedside commode care
• Transfers and sit-to-stand assistance
• Guided walking for fall-risk support
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Care in a pet-friendly home
• Overnight coverage, weekends, and weekdays
Must‑have skills & qualities:
• Warm, patient, and dependable presence
• Confident assisting clients with mobility and transfers
• Experience with fall-risk and oxygen care preferred
• Strong communicator and observant caregiver
• Compassionate, attentive, and reliable
Requirements (must have):
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
• 18 years or older
• Able to pass background screening
• Physically able to assist with transfers, mobility, and personal care
