Position Type: Part‑time, consistent weekly schedule
Shifts: Morning & Evening
Hours: 1 hour each shift
Transportation: Required (client vehicle available for community outings)
Home Notes: Supportive home with structured daily routines

You’ll support with:
• Cueing and reminders
• Light household tasks
• Meal preparation and encouragement
• Community outings and daily visits
• Safe mobility support

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
• 18 years or older
• Able to pass background screening
• Physically able to assist with personal care and household tasks
