CLIENT – AUBURN (Personal Care Support)
Schedule:
Morning — Weekdays & Weekends
(Same client, two separate schedule blocks)
Care Needs:
- Walking assistance using a gait belt
- Possible future use of a Hoyer lift for transfers from bed to wheelchair
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with dressing
- Foot care (apply lotion)
- Occasional incontinence assistance
- Bathing with bathing wipes
- Toileting using a bedside commode
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and social engagement
This client benefits from caregivers who bring patience, consistency, and a calm, supportive presence during morning routines.
MUST HAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT
To ensure safety, reliability, and high‑quality care, all applicants must meet the following employment requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Proof of active auto insurance
- Reliable, personally‑owned vehicle
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to safely perform hands‑on personal care and mobility assistance
- Professional, respectful communication with clients, families, and office staff
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain client safety at all times
- Commitment to representing Comfort Keepers’ mission of Elevating the Human Spirit in every visit
