You will:
- Coordinate caregiver schedules with accuracy and urgency
- Maintain real‑time updates as needs shift throughout the day
- Communicate clearly with caregivers, families, and leadership
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and new‑hire integration
- Build strong relationships with the care team
- Help nearby offices when volume spikes
- Keep operations smooth, predictable, and mission‑aligned
This is a hands‑on coordination role — active, engaged, and people‑focused.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- $14.50 – $16.00/hour based on experience

✅ What You Bring
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Comfortable commuting to the Scranton office
- Strong organizational skills
- Dependability and follow‑through
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
- Scheduling or staffing experience is helpful, but not required
