CLIENT – NEW RINGGOLD (Alzheimer’s/Dementia/Behavioral)
Schedule:
24/7 Alternating — Full‑Time
Care Needs:
- Dementia‑informed support with redirection and reassurance
- Personal care assistance
- Bathing support (sponge bath)
- Toileting assistance
- Dressing assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility support (walker and wheelchair)
- Safety monitoring — client cannot be left alone
- Support with daily routines and structure
- Companionship and engagement
This client benefits from caregivers who bring calm structure, patience, and a steady, reassuring presence throughout the day and night.
MUST HAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT
To ensure safety, reliability, and high‑quality care, all applicants must meet the following employment requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Proof of active auto insurance
- Reliable, personally‑owned vehicle
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to safely perform hands‑on personal care and mobility assistance
- Ability to support dementia‑related behaviors, including redirection and safety monitoring
- Professional, respectful communication with clients, families, and office staff
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain client safety at all times
- Commitment to representing Comfort Keepers’ mission of Elevating the Human Spirit in every visit
