What You’ll Actually Do Here
- Build schedules that make sense (and fix them when they suddenly don’t)
- Keep real‑time updates flowing as client needs change
- Talk with caregivers, families, and leadership — sometimes all at once
- Support recruiting and onboarding so new hires don’t feel lost
- Keep documentation clean, accurate, and up to date
- Jump in to help nearby offices when things get busy
- Be the steady voice that keeps Luzerne’s care team connected
This is active coordination — you’ll be moving, thinking, talking, solving, and keeping the day on track.

What You Need to Bring
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Comfortable commuting to the Luzerne office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependability, accuracy, and the ability to pivot fast
- Scheduling or staffing experience is helpful but not required
