External Client Care Coordinator
Comfort Keepers is looking for a caring, organized, and service-driven professional to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. This is a meaningful role where you help connect families with the right care, support caregivers in the field, and ensure every client receives smooth, reliable, and compassionate service from day one.

Service Coverage Areas:
Pottsville, Schuylkill Haven, Saint Clair, Minersville, Ashland, Girardville, Frackville, New Philadelphia, New Ringgold and surrounding communities
What This Role Involves
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for families seeking home care services
- Building care plans by coordinating schedules between caregivers and clients
- Supporting smooth onboarding and orientation for new caregivers joining the team
- Handling daily updates, service changes, and communication between all parties involved
- Visiting or checking in on client situations to ensure care quality and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping documentation up to date for compliance
- Working closely with office staff to improve service flow and resolve concerns quickly
- Participating in outreach activities and helping connect with potential caregivers in the community
- Managing scheduling adjustments and solving day-to-day coordination challenges
- Attending team discussions and contributing to overall service improvement

- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Comfortable working with basic computer tools and office systems
- Problem-solver who can handle situations calmly and effectively
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when needed
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
