What You'll Do
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure client coverage
- Match caregivers with client needs and availability
- Communicate schedule updates with clients and caregivers
- Assist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and office documentation
- Work closely with the office team to provide excellent service
What We're Looking For
- Staffing, scheduling, or office experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
