Comfort Keepers is a leading provider of in-home care services, dedicated to uplifting the human spirit. Weโre hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Managers with caregiver onboarding, healthcare compliance tracking, and operations support across our growing network. Coordinate directly with Director of Recruitment for aiding with job postings, communicating with applicants and supporting the recruitment department.ย
๐น What Youโll Do
- Support Regional Managers with onboarding and home care compliance documentation
- Perform accurate data entry for background checks, onboarding forms, and caregiver records
- Update caregiver info in healthcare scheduling software (e.g., HHA eXchange) and payroll platforms (e.g., iSolved)
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documentation meets state and payer requirements
- Communicate with office teams to gather applicant data and perform follow-up calls
- Contribute to general administrative support for our Operations and Recruitment departments
๐น What You Bring
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a healthcare admin role preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and scheduling/payroll systems
- High level of accuracy in data entry, file organization, and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with HHA eXchange, iSolved, or similar platforms is a plus
