How You’ll Make a Difference:
- Provide gentle, dignified support with personal hygiene, bathing, and morning routines
- Assist clients with safe mobility, repositioning, and transfers (we provide thorough, hands-on training with assistive transfer equipment like Hoyer lifts to ensure you feel 100% safe and prepared)
- Prepare nutritious meals, maintain tidy surroundings, and keep client routines running smoothly
- Build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients and their families
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Prior experience in home care, family caregiving, or direct care (CNAs and experienced personal care aides welcome)
- Compassionate, reassuring bedside manner with a focus on client dignity
- Valid driver’s license and an insured, reliable vehicle
- Clear background check and a commitment to dependable scheduling
